Thanks for using Free Motivator Plank Timer — a simple count-up plank hold timer with optional spoken and beep announcements, history, and Live Activities.

Please include your iPhone model, iOS version, and a short description of what happened.

Quick tips

Start / Finish — Tap Start to begin a hold, Finish to save the session.
Announcements — Configure speech, beep, schedule, and voice in Settings.
Silent switch — Spoken cues and beeps use playback audio so they can still be heard when the Ring/Silent switch is on Silent.
Background / Lock Screen — Cues can continue while the app is in the background; the timer can appear on Dynamic Island / Lock Screen when Live Activities are enabled.
History — Sessions are stored on your device. Swipe to delete one session, or use Clear all history (with confirmation).
Music / YouTube — Other audio can keep playing; announcements briefly duck it.
